Conditions of Sale
General
Any Buyer’s item at variance with or in addition to these conditions shall not apply unless agreed in writing by us.
Acceptance
Our offer is open for 30 days. Your acceptance of our offer includes agreement to the following terms and conditions.
Prices
We reserve the right to amend prices in accordance with change in costs and to invoice at prices ruling on the date of dispatch.
Errors
Every care is taken in the preparation of documents, but we reserve the right to correct any errors should they occur.
Delivery
Every effort will be made to deliver within the period stated. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss caused by failure to deliver by the stated date.
Damage
Notification of any damage must be made with 24 hours of receipt otherwise no claim can be accepted.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, settlement is net 30 days.
Credit
Credit terms will only be given subject to approval, we reserve the right to refuse credit.
Performance
Whilst every care is taken, we accept no responsibility for any consequential loss (however caused) through failure of our product.
Packing
Packing and carriage will be charged in addition to the quoted price.
Screen Printing
Where cases are screen printed, every care is taken to ensure the screen is correctly applied, however we accept no responsibility for the durability of the screen printed image.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to recover from you all costs incurred in relation to the order up to the time of cancellation.
Property
The ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full for these and any other outstanding items for which payment is due. Until the goods become your property we shall be entitled to recover either the goods or property to the value of the original invoice.
Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods have been delivered to you or you have arranged for collection from our premises.
